Data Deletion Requests

You can request deletion of personal data held by EMVANO by contacting our client care team. You do not need to sign in or have a storefront account to make a request.

How to request deletion

Email care@emvano.com with the subject “EMVANO data deletion request”. Where possible, send the request from the email address you used with EMVANO.

Tell us whether your request concerns your account, saved addresses or preferences, marketing information, or customer-service conversations. If it concerns WhatsApp, include the phone number you used, with its country code. An order number is optional if it helps us locate the relevant records.

Do not send passwords, one-time login codes, full payment-card details or identity documents with your initial request.

Identity verification and response

Our client care team reviews requests manually and may ask for proportionate information to verify that the data belongs to you. We aim to respond within 30 days and will explain any further verification or applicable legal constraints.

This page does not automatically delete an account or its data. We will explain the outcome of your request and any information that must be retained.

What deletion covers

You may request deletion of personal information associated with your EMVANO account, saved preferences, marketing records and customer-service interactions, including WhatsApp communications held by EMVANO. Guest shoppers and people who only contacted us through WhatsApp can also make a request.

Where applicable, we delete or anonymise information that is no longer necessary. Order, payment, tax, refund and dispute records may need to be retained for legal obligations, fraud prevention, or unresolved transactions. Retained information is restricted to those purposes.

We can act on information held by EMVANO. This does not delete your Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account, or erase records independently held by Meta, a payment provider or another service. You may need to contact those providers separately.
