Every order is packed in EMVANO signature packaging and dispatched with full tracking. Below you will find everything you need to know about our delivery options, timelines, and costs.
Delivery Options
Standard — KWD 8 on orders below KWD 186; complimentary on orders of KWD 186 or more
Express — KWD 21 on orders below KWD 590; complimentary on orders of KWD 590 or more
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard — 6–10 working days from dispatch.
Express — 3–5 working days from dispatch.
Orders placed before 2 pm GST on a working day are typically dispatched the same day.
Free Shipping
Standard shipping is complimentary on orders of KWD 186 or more.
Express shipping is complimentary on orders of KWD 590 or more.
Order Tracking
A tracking link is emailed to you immediately after your order is dispatched, so you can follow your delivery in real time.
You can also check the status of any order at any time by signing in to your account and visiting the Orders section.
Packaging & Signature
All orders are dispatched in EMVANO signature packaging, designed to protect your purchase and arrive in perfect condition.
Delivery requires a signature upon receipt. If no one is available at the time of delivery, our courier will leave a re-delivery or collection card with instructions to arrange a convenient time.
International Orders
EMVANO ships across the GCC — UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman — and to select international destinations. Available shipping countries are confirmed at checkout.
